VAT & GST
Channel Island deliveries are exempt from VAT. However all consignments delivered to Jersey with a value exceeding £400 (including delivery costs), will be subject to a 'Goods and Service Tax" (GST) of 3% of the value of the consignment. The responsibility for the payment of this tax lies with the customer (receiver of the goods) and not db-zero. If the tax is not paid, our couriers will be unable to deliver the consignment.
International Returns
If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you.
